Director and Principal Consultant
Athar is an Associate Professor of Transformation Management specialising in capability development. As a senior academic, consultant, affiliate psychologist, and mental health first aider, Athar has over 20 years of experience and exposure from multiple countries, including Australia. His qualifications include a PhD in Capability Development, a Master's in ICT Management, and a Bachelor (Honours) in Computer Sciences. Athar has also earned many certifications, including being certified as a mental health first aider by Mental Health Australia, a knowledge manager by the Knowledge Management Institute USA, a Body Language Mastery for Influence & Authority by Speakers Institute, Enterprise Agile Culture Change Agent by the Project Management Institute, and more.
Athar is a passionate educator and consultant who shares his knowledge openly and uniquely. He is passionate about learning, coaching and mentoring.
